You may submit your contact information on a Vendor Wait List …  if booth space comes available, we will contact applicants in order submitted.

The Jarvis Square Music + Arts Festival is a two-day event being held on Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4, 2019, in Jarvis Square ~ on Jarvis Avenue between Ashland Blvd. and Greenview.

There is no fee to attend, but we will be asking for a $5 donation at the gates, 100% of which will be provided to A Just Harvest.

NOTES TO ALL VENDORS:

• All booth spaces are 10′ x 10′ except for food vendors.
• Your booth space is not confirmed until you have made payment.
• YOU MUST STOCK AND STAFF YOUR BOOTH ON BOTH DAYS.  There will be no refunds or discounts for early departures or late arrivals.
• We do NOT offer electricity at this event.
• All vendors are responsible for their own furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.) and festival tent.
