You will be able to load in to your venue at 8 a.m. This is not required, but we ask that you have your space set up by 9:45 a.m.
If you cannot find street parking after load-in, there are public lots at Sheridan and Sherwin, as well as at Rogers and Ashland.
Since all vendor spaces are located within existing businesses, your space will most likely be limited to a 5 ft. table. You will be responsible for your own booth furnishings, however, you may also have an opportunity to make use of existing furniture in the venue. If you are not sure of your set-up, make sure to call or email your venue contact to determine what will be available to you (see contact list below).

General Vendor Information
Shop Jarvis Square is our annual one-day holiday shopping bazaar featuring over 30 artist and artisan vendor booths located inside multiple business venues that also offer food, beverage and gifts.
Cost: Booth space is $45
Logistics: The venues for booth placement are: R Public House, Taste Food and Wine, Poitin Stil, Charmer’s Cafe, Lakeside Treasures, Jarvis Pottery, Mckaw Theater and Rogers Park Historical Society
Booth space will be located inside business venues that are in operation, so space is limited and you will need to accommodate your booth/table to fit into an operating restaurant, pub or store. Expect to have the equivalent space of a 5 foot table. Some of the venues will have tables and chairs or stools available, but we cannot guarantee that and you should be ready to supply your own furnishings. Please contact us if you have specific requirements, at (872) 208-7916.
