  • Vendor space is $50.00 for an inside booth and $25.00 for an outside booth. *Vaccination is required for indoor booth space.
  • Indoor vendor space (located within operating businesses) should be limited to a 5 ft. table. You may be responsible for your own booth furnishings, including tables and chairs, although some venues will have tables and chairs available. Make sure to check with your assigned venue prior to set up to make sure such accommodations are available.
  • Outdoor vendor space will be located under pavilion tents (3 booths per tent) on Jarvis Ave. and will include a table and 2 chairs. Electricity is not available outside.
  • The event will open to the public at 10 a.m. and we will arrange to have the venues open for vendor set-up at 8:00 a.m.
  • No vendor space will be confirmed unless payment is received.
