Vendor Information

All venues will be open for load-in by 8 a.m. Please check in at Jarvis Square Tavern before 10am so that our event staff know you are on site. We are requesting all vendors have their spaces set up by 9:45 a.m.

Reminder: For vendor spaces that are located within existing businesses, your space will most likely be limited to a 4 ft. table. You will be responsible for your own booth furnishings, however, you may also have an opportunity to make use of existing furniture in the venue (In many cases you will need to use the existing furniture) . If you are not sure of your set-up, make sure to call or email your venue contact to determine what will be available to you (see contact list below).

All vendor info, including social media graphics/poster are available online!

Remember to visit your artist listing - click here. If you want to update and/or add images, please forward to info@jarvissquareevents.com. These listings will be active on the website all year and you may make updates anytime you like.
